The brief
Our customer contacted us at the earliest stages of the build in relation to a lighting plan and booked a consultation. Our consultant James visited the site to walk through ideas and plans with the customer.
We supplied a lighting file based on the customer's ideas, then helped choose products that suited their taste and complemented the new interior.
Master bedroom
The master bedroom was spacious with high ceilings, so we used a large statement piece and paired it with reader wall lights over the bed.

Because lighting was considered at the build stage, each space could be matched with the right mix of task, feature and ambient light.
Entrance hall
For the entrance hall we wanted a large contemporary piece, so we chose a polished chrome lantern pendant and repeated the finish in the lower hallway.

Landing and corridor
The upstairs landing was bright and neutral, with a large picture window. We chose a contemporary crystal pendant for impact and recessed spotlights along the corridor.

Simple finishes kept the scheme calm, while chrome, crystal and colour were used where the rooms needed a stronger focal point.
Dining and sitting rooms
For the dining room and sitting room, we went with a simple chrome contemporary 8-light chandelier.

Kitchen diner
The kitchen diner was very neutral, and the customer wanted a splash of colour. We chose a mixture of coloured pendants to draw the eye, then finished the room with recessed downlights for overall lighting.

Spare bedroom
The spare bedroom was grey in colour, so the customer wanted a complementary shade. A chrome hanging pendant with grey fabric helped soften the room while keeping the finish consistent.
