Brightlights.ie do not store and process any card information, we use redirect payment gate 3D Secure 2.0 provided by Global Payments, all transactions are encrypted using 256 SSL technology. All this speedup authentication and boost security, giving shoppers a fast pass through checkout.
We also accept PayPal method payment through encrypted 256 SSL technology.
We must receive payment in advance before your order can be processed and the goods can be dispatched
Shipment processing time
Orders usually are processed within 2-3 business days, Products that come from mainland Europe can take up to 10 working days for delivery (you will be notified if there is any delay).

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within a few hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Brightlights.ie is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
If you received your order damaged, please contact us within 48h and complete the form to request an RMA number.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy
About cost of International Shipping you will be notified separately after you submit your order and will be confirmed to you by email or phone call, if you do not agree with delivery cost you have right to cancel an order or organize a collection by yourself.
